Ramadan 2026 Campaign

Ramadan is a month of mercy, generosity, and multiplied reward. It is a time when hearts soften, intentions are renewed, and giving for the sake of Allah takes on even greater meaning. Yet for millions of vulnerable families around the world, Ramadan arrives with uncertainty — uncertainty over how they will prepare suhoor, how they will break their fast, and whether they will have enough food to last the month.

At World Appeal, our Ramadan 2026 campaign is dedicated to feeding the fasting worldwide, ensuring that families facing hardship are not left to struggle alone during this blessed month. Through your support, we aim to provide essential food assistance to those who need it most, allowing them to observe Ramadan with dignity and relief.

Your donation is more than food. It is reassurance. It is hope. And it is a source of ongoing reward.

Why this campaign matters

Across many regions, poverty, conflict, displacement, and rising living costs have made access to basic food increasingly difficult. For families already living on the edge, Ramadan can become a month of added strain rather than spiritual focus. Mothers worry about how to feed their children. Elderly individuals face fasting without adequate nourishment. Entire households are forced to make impossible choices.

This campaign exists to ease that burden.

By contributing, you help ensure that families can focus on worship, reflection, and prayer — not hunger.

What’s Included in a Ramadan Food Parcel

Each Ramadan food parcel is carefully prepared to support a family of up to six members for the full 30 days of Ramadan. These parcels include essential staple foods that help families prepare daily suhoor and iftar meals with dignity and peace of mind.

Each food parcel typically contains:

  • Maize flour and wheat flour for daily meals

  • Rice as a staple food source

  • Sugar for tea and food preparation

  • Spaghetti for additional meal variety

  • Cooking oil for meal preparation

  • Iodised salt for everyday use

In addition to household food parcels, this campaign also supports community iftar meals, helping provide nourishing food for larger groups during Ramadan:

  • Meat and rice meals prepared for communal iftars

  • Support for feeding large groups during the blessed month

  • Relief for families and individuals facing food insecurity

Together, these provisions help ensure vulnerable families and communities can observe Ramadan with dignity, focus on worship, and break their fast without the worry of hunger.
